Water in La Fraternidad, Tubay not anymore safe for drinking TUBAY, AGUSAN DEL NORTE—Since the start of the mining operation in the mountains of Barangay La Fraternidad, Tubay, Agusan del Norte, the water source which is located at the lower portion of these mountains is not anymore safe for drinking. The water of Barangay La Fraternidad was once the source of potable water of the inhabitants. But now, said water is not anymore safe for drinking.
